In honor of the Worldwide Uchinanchu Festival which is held once every 5 years, this city would like to welcome all of the Urashinshu living abroad by hosting the 6th Worldwide Urashinshu Welcome Event! We will come together to talk with one another and widen our circle of friendship to include Urashinshu from all over the world!
Registration for the welcome event is now open to Urashinshu living abroad, and to the general public. We hope to see you all there!
Event Schedule
Date: October 28th, 2016 (Friday)
1. Reception with the Urasoe City Mayor
- Time: 10:00 ~ 10:30am
- Registration: 9:00 ~ 9:45am
- Place: Meet in the 1st floor lobby of Urasoe City Hall
2. Urashi Furusato Bus Tour
- Time: 10:30am ~ 5:00pm
- Registration: 9:00 ~ 9:45am
- Place: Meet in the 1st floor lobby of Urasoe City Hall
3. Worldwide Urashinchu Evening Reception
- Time: 5:30 ~ 8:00pm
- Registration: 5:00pm ~
- Place: Urasoe Tedako Hall, Citizen Exchange Room

General Ticket Sale for the Evening Reception
Tickets will be on sale from September 16th (Friday) until October 14th at 5:00pm
Fee: 1,000 yen per Person (free for Elementary School Students and younger)
* Those who are registering from abroad do not need to purchase a ticket. Please follow the instructions for "Registering From Outside of Japan" above.
Tickets can be purchased at the International Relations Section located on the 4th floor of Urasoe City Hall.
