In order to reduce the financial burden of child rearing, Urasoe City offers financial assistance for medical expenses to families with children up to junior high school. Through this system, the city covers a portion of the medical expenses paid at medical institutions.

Application requirements

• Children from 0 years old to junior high school.


• Children enrolled in health insurance.


• Persons registered in the Urasoe Basic Residence Registry System.
