Welfare services
Urasoe City provides several welfare services to allow elderly citizens to continue an independent lifestyle.
For persons caring for elderly persons (65 and older) at home
- Provision of nursing supplies
- Home-nursing compensation
For elderly persons (65 and older) living alone
- Meal delivery
- Emergency report system
- Welfare phone

Welfare facilities
Elderly residents 60 years and older who are looking for activities to participate in or are interested in finding new hobbies are able to take advantage of the various workshops and clubs being offered. Several facilities geared towards supporting the elderly are listed below.
